This podcast was created to address a gap Robert sees repeatedly in healthcare: practice owners and RCM leaders are surrounded by billing activity and metrics, but lack insight into why performance breaks down.

Rehabbing Your Revenue Cycle exists to bring clarity to that problem. Through solo episodes and conversations with industry experts, operators, and innovators, the podcast explores how time-based data, better systems, and root-cause thinking can transform revenue cycle performance and long-term practice value.

From practice owner to revenue intelligence builder

Robert began his career in a hospital system before launching and growing a high-volume, seven-location physical therapy practice. Like many owners, he experienced firsthand how revenue cycle complexity quietly limits cash flow, strains teams, and caps growth, even in clinically successful practices.

After selling his practice, Robert turned his focus to solving the revenue cycle problems he had lived through. What started as an in-house billing operation evolved into a full-service revenue cycle organization, and ultimately into a business intelligence model built around time-based data.

Through years of working with millions of claims across multiple care models, Robert identified a consistent pattern: most revenue problems are not caused by billing errors alone.
